Coniochaeta polymorpha (+) Endosymbiosis (+) Nocardia sp
Observation
These findings indicate that Nocardia isolate identified in this study originated from the inside of fungus C. polymorpha. Intracellular bacteria could benefit the fungal host by producing a rigid biofilm and an antifungal compound.
